NaNoWrMo starts in two days. If you don’t know what that is, you are probably not a writer. If you are a writer and you don’t know what it is, you are not making the social contacts you need to be making in order to make it in the business. If you did know what that was (National Novel Writing Month) you probably fought the urge to scream “Not again!” and run.
Sam Knight, as I refer to myself in this blog these days because of publicist recommendations, still hasn’t decided whether or not to attempt NaNoWriMo again this year or not. The ‘novel’ I wrote last year is still languishing behind other projects that need to be finished first. Sam doesn’t know that he needs another incomplete project in the log jam!
So on to the holiday rush of what is going on! Sam’s snow angel book is almost ready! He hopes it will be available before Thanksgiving. Sneak peek:
Sam Knight is also still working on the other children’s book he announced at the begining of summer:
And!!! Sam Knight may be working on bringing back someone very few people ever got a chance to see:
Don’t tell him I told you about it!
Sam is also still hoping for a release of A Whiskey Jack in a Murder of Crows in February 2014.
And he is working on final edits for a re-release of Lucid Nightmares. It turns out it will not be released in three parts, but rather as one, as originally envisioned by the author.
Not to mention Sam Knight’s other projects I just mentioned by saying I wouldn’t mention them…
So, the point is:
Sam Knight is already overwhelmed with things he *should* be doing. He doesn’t need any encouragement to mess around with new projects! So needless to say, don’t be surprised if he jumps on the NaNoWriMo bandwagon again this year.
